DO it yourself and if you can shoot a 130 you may be more proud of that than paying someone to do majority of the hunting part and you get placed in the prescouted stand to finish a 150 that has a name and photo album.Sadly some guys have several great whitetails and have never killed one themselves. pm me if your interested in some awesome whitetail guides in wisconsin, I know of two that are top notch and they do harvest 160 inch bucks, I'm not saying every client but there are bigger than 160's shot each year. but the area and more specifically (that ranch) are special. Most posters on this site who live in great MW deer states have not killed a true, net 160 typical buck. If you do that and are ready to enjoy the entire experience then you will definitely not be disappointed. I have also found that a 5.5-yr. old doe is as hard or harder to kill as a buck once you put the pressure on them.However, there is sure nothing wrong with being a "trophy" hunter if that is what turns you on.
